Alhamdulillah, this is my first professional experience, and I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to begin my journey at Synesis IT. I have worked as a Software Engineer in the Software Development and Implementation (SDI) team, specifically on the Convay team — a comprehensive video conferencing and collaboration platform.

My main responsibilities included resolving bug reports and enhancing the stability and functionality of Convay. I have worked on both frontend and backend development, primarily using React and Spring Boot. This role has helped me gain practical experience in full-stack development, improve my problem-solving skills, and learn best practices in software engineering through collaboration with experienced team members.
